All BV jewels are handcrafted in sterling silver (925) and 18karat (750) gold unless otherwise specified. These noble metals are body safe. People who are allergic to silver should not wear or use objects made in sterling silver

How do I care for my jewelry?

If your jewelry requires cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Never use abrasive jewerly cleaners, they are too harsh and will scratch the high-polish surfaces.

We recommend using liquid cleaners and polishing cloths specifically indicated for gold and/or silver jewelry.

Is it possible to have personal guidance for my purchase ?

What is your repair & return policy?

If your item is in need of repair, please send a detailed description of the repair in question and an image of the damage object to customerservice@betonyvernon.com. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, the repair will be effected free of charge. If your item is need of repair due to other reasons, you will be charged according to the cost of repair, if the repair in question is technically possible. A member of the BV team will then instruct you on how to return the damaged piece.

All Betony Vernon Jewelry is shipped from Italy with Arezzo Sped; a courier specialised in shipping valuable products. All shipments are insured.

Delivery times

All BV-Paradise Found Fine erotic jewelry is hand made in Italy and made to measure. All Betony Vernon objects are hand-crafted in Italy using the finest of natural materials. Production lead time for jewellery can range from 6 -12 weeks, depending on the object. If you are interested in ordering a custom made Boudoir Box, the Origin works in marble or the Theta Rig, delivery time may range from approximately 6 months to one year.

Returns/Repair/Exchange/Refund Policies

In order to return or exchange your purchase you must obtain a return authorisation number (RMA) from our customer service by writing to customerservice@betonyvernon.com specifying, "Returns" as the subject of the email. Briefly explain the reason(s) for your return, or your refund or exchange request. If possible, please attach a picture of the item(s) you want to return.

We offer size exchanges and product exchanges.
We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any product that has been used.
We cannot exchange or accept returns for customized items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. You must request a return authorization number within 8 working days from reception of your purchase. All goods must be shipped within 14 working days from the day you received the products.

BV-Paradise sas reserves the right to refuse Exchange/Refund after having examined the item(s) returned.

Once you obtain the return authorization number please fill in the RMA. Enclose all original documentation with the package and ship by FEDEX/UPS priority to:

Shipping returns from the United States:

You need to provide the forwarder with 3 copies of a pro-forma invoice. The pro-forma invoice will be sent to you with the authorisation number or you can request it at customerservice@betonyvernon.com.

Returns must be shipped using reliable and secure shipping carriers such as UPS or FEDEX.

We strongly recommend that you INSURE your shipment, as BV-PARADISE sas will not accept responsibility for merchandise lost in transit.

Shipping costs for returns and any customs duties will only be reimbursed if the merchandise is defective.

Repairs

In order to request returns for repair you must obtain a repair confirmation from customer service by writing to customerservice@betonyvernon.com specifying "Repair" as the subject of the email and stating in the text the item name and description, the date of purchase and the kind of repair required.

If possible, please attach a picture of the damaged item. Within 3 working days you will receive a confirmation email to inform you if the repair is possible, how much it will cost and all the necessary details for shipping.

Exchanges

If you require a replacement, please include all the necessary details, such as the product description, style number, size, and color (for feathers, diamonds, wood etc.) where applicable.

As soon as your returned item is received, we will process your request and contact you. Replacement items held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If the replacement items you choose are not in our stock and need to be produced, the standard shipping time is estimated from 1 to 4 weeks after receipt.

Refunds

Only the cost of the item will be reimbursed. Shipping expenses and duties cannot be reimbursed and will be deducted from the total amount paid at purchase - the sum will be credited on the credit card used for purchase within 30 days of cancellation.

As soon as your returned item is received, we will process your request and contact you. Replacement items held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. Sizing & Care

Sizing Tips

Choose the right finger for your ring, taking into consideration the size of the ring first. Very small rings like the Cat Claw Mini or the O-Ring Mini can be worn on the pinky finger as well as on any other finger of the hand, including the thumb. Larger rings, including most of the Jewel-Tools, like the String of Pearls or other massage rings and the Pleasure Puff, are better worn on the middle finger. The Petting Ring can only be worn on thumb and index finger.

Here are some tips to make your ring size measurement more accurate:

Don't measure your fingers when your hands are cold. They will be slightly smaller than when your body temperature is normal. After sliding the ring sizer on, make sure it slides off with only a minimum of effort. For the most accurate reading, measure the finger at the end of the day when the body and fingers are most distended. We believe it is worthwhile to visit your local jeweler and offer to pay to have your finger size measured to assure the best fit. The best way to measure your finger size is using a metal finger ring sizer. A wider ring may need to be slightly larger in size than the measurement indicated on a thin metal sizer. Sizing also depends on your basic finger shape.

If you want to buy a surprise gift for someone but you don’t know their ring size, our standard advice is that you find a discreet way to take a ring from the jewelry box of your lover or your friend, preferably one you have seen them wearing so you are certain that it fits. Take it for just one day and go to your local jeweler and ask them to kindly take the size of the ring. Return it as soon as possible to the owner so it will not be missed!

Sizing Bracelets and fitted Collars:

These are the standards sizes we produce for the Sado-Chic Cuffs and Colliers. If you want a customized size, please measure the circumference of your wrist/neck in cm or inches and then add 1cm or 1/2 inch play for comfort. You should be able to slide two fingers under cuffs and colliers.

Product Care

All BV-Paradise Found Fine Erotic jewelry is handcrafted by in Italy Master goldsmiths. All of the objects that comprise the Paradise Found Fine Erotic jewelry collection are made in solid 18K gold or Sterling silver (925). We do not silver or gold plate unless required for technical purposes or in order to achieve a determined effect. If objects are plated for either motive it is clearly stated in the product description. Slight "imperfections" are normal in handmade jewelry. All jewelry is delicate and must be handled with care and respect. Avoid dropping or knocking against hard surfaces. Hairspray and perfume should be applied before putting jewelry on.

Shine your Jewel-Tools with soft polishing cloths. Quality liquid polish may also be used, but abrasive pastes should be avoided, as they may cause micro-scratches that will dull the sheen of highly polished surfaces. Gold is extremely hygienic and sterling silver is known to have natural antibacterial properties. The objects in the Paradise Found collection that are designed for internal use are therefore easy to clean and disinfect. Unlike objects that are made in porous materials like silicone, latex or rubber, they will not degrade over time.

After each use, wash objects that are intended for intimate contact and/or internal use with antibacterial soap then rinse with plenty of water. Once the Jewel-Tools have dried, polish them using a soft cotton polishing cloth and store them in the provided box or velvet bag; they may also be coated with a sterilizing solution.

Do not store more than one Jewel-Tool in each provided velvet bag in order to avoid scratching or denting.

As long as they are properly cared for, the Paradise Found Jewel-Tools are guaranteed to provide a lifetime of pleasure!
