Booking Policy

All appointment requests are reviewed by BV PARADISE S.R.L. before acceptance.
A booking is not confirmed until:

1. We review your request,

2. We explicitly accept it in writing, and only then

3. Payment or deposit becomes due.
    

Do not submit payment until your appointment has been formally approved.

We reserve the right to decline or adjust any booking based on availability, suitability, scheduling, or other operational considerations.
