At BV PARADISE S.R.L., each piece is crafted with exceptional care. Due to the intimate and artisanal nature of our creations, returns are handled with specific conditions to ensure quality and safety for all clients.

1. Eligibility for Returns

In general all BV designs are made to order and cannot be returned. In the case of exceptional situations, we might accept returns but only if the item:

  • Is unused and unworn

  • Is returned in its original packaging

  • Shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

  • Is returned within 14 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate items may not be returnable. Eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn products

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Intimate items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
     

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at contact@betonyvernon.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Depending on your situation we will assist you as best we can.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering, the refund may be reduced or refused.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
     

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired piece.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bvparadise@legalmail.it
 with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will resolve the matter promptly, either through replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

7. Services, Bookings & Experiences

Fees for services, appointments, workshops, or guided experiences are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the terms outlined in our Booking & Service Policy, and late cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges.
