Service Bookings

Orders are shipped from Italy. Processing times and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Products

Due to the handcrafted and intimate nature of our pieces, returns or exchanges may be limited. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed conditions.
Items that are worn, used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.

Services & Appointments

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing within the timeframe specified at booking.
  Late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit or full service fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in full cancellation charges.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be accepted if requested within the permitted timeframe.

• Refunds: Service fees and deposits are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by us.

We reserve the right to refuse service if client behavior poses a risk, violates our policies, or disrupts the experience.
